About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further development of voluntary insurance of life, additional pension and medical expenses, and also I decide acceptances of additional measures for protection of valuable interests of citizens:

1. Subitems 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2005 No. 219 "About insurance premiums under agreements of voluntary insurance of life, the additional pension and medical expenses included in costs on production and sales of products, goods (works, services)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 74, 1/6437; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.04. 1/14942) to state 2014, in the following edition:

"1.2.1. cannot exceed under agreements of voluntary insurance of life and agreements of voluntary insurance of additional pension of twelve percent of salary fund of the organization insurer, under agreements of voluntary insurance of medical expenses (provided that agreements are signed for the term of at least one year) - five percent of salary fund of the organization insurer;

1.2.2. it is determined taking into account the size of monthly insurance premiums for one worker which under agreements of voluntary insurance of life and agreements of voluntary insurance of additional pension cannot exceed one monthly minimum wage, by the agreement of voluntary insurance of medical expenses (provided that the agreement is signed for the term of at least one year) - two basic sizes;".

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
