1. This Instruction based on part 3 of article 5 of the Federal Law of November 2, 2013 No. 293-FZ "About actuarial activities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 44, Art. 5632; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4219; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1409; No. 29, Art. 4357; 2016, No. 26, the Art. 3863) (further - the Federal Law "About Actuarial Activities in the Russian Federation") establishes additional requirements to the actuarial conclusion prepared following the results of obligatory actuarial estimation of activities of the Bank of Russia in case of development of insurance rates on compulsory insurance (further - the actuarial conclusion).
2. The actuarial conclusion in addition to requirements, the stipulated in Clause 5 Federal Laws "About Actuarial Activities in the Russian Federation", shall contain information specified in appendix to this Instruction.
3. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
