About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Make changes to the following acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2006 No. 140 "About the Commission on pardon questions in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 25, the Art. 254):

enter into the structure of the Commission on pardon questions in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

Azimova Elvira Abilkhasimovna	-	The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval),
Aytpayeva Saule Mukhanbedianovna	-	deputy of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval);

remove from structure of the above-named Commission: To Zhailganov A. N., Shakirova A. O., Kim G. V.;

2) at the disposal of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 19, 2002 No. 303 "About formation of Council for legal policy in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 6, the Art. 44):

enter into the structure of Council for legal policy in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named order:
