About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of updating of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 15, 2004 No. 436 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for execution by banks of documents for transfer, purchase and sale of foreign currency or bank metals during the special period", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2004 for No. 1240/9839;

2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 31, 2010 No. 156 "About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for application of settlement documents and statements for purchase or sale of foreign currency or bank metals based on which payments in foreign currency or bank metals are made, transaction on purchase (sale) of foreign currency or bank metals during the special period", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 21, 2010 for No. 298/17593;

3) paragraphs two, the fourth and sixth Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 30, 2010 No. 305 "About removal of the mark "Not for Seal" from some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2010 for No. 517/17812;

4) item 4 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 4, 2018 No. 95 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Alexander Yablunivsky) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
