1. Create the republican monitoring system of acceptance and execution of claims of citizens for quality of housing and communal services consisting from:

public institution "Republican information center of housing and communal services" – the organization performing functions of monitoring of acceptance and execution of claims of citizens for quality of housing and communal services (further – claims);

regional contact centers, contact center of Minsk, single dispatching services of district level – the organizations (structural divisions of the organizations) performing acceptance by means of short telephone number 115, registration and transfer with use of the automated Dispatching Service system and also control of execution of claims for the territories of the respective area, Minsk, the area;

contractors on rendering housing and communal services – legal entities, their branches, representations, other separate divisions located out of the location of legal entities, or the individual entrepreneurs rendering to consumers housing and communal services on the basis of the agreement.
