2. Means at auctions, tenders, the exchange auction held by Republican real estate exchange and its branches are formed for acquisition account:
- directly from sale of objects;
- pledge amounts;
- sales of tickets for auctions, tenders;
- in the form of revenue for familiarity of participants of auction, tender with subjects to privatization;
- in the form of sales charges in case of transactions at the exchange biddings.
3. Can be made by cash for familiarity of participants of auction, tender with subjects to privatization, sale of tickets at auction, tender and introduction of the amounts of pledge from physical persons, and also in case of payment of sales charges in case of transactions at the exchange biddings.
The arriving cash revenue and the mortgage amounts are accepted by cash desk of Republican real estate exchange or cash desks of its branches for what with them the room for making of cash transactions, with observance of all rules of hardware and collection shall be equipped.
When making cash transactions by Republican real estate exchange shall observe requirements of "Procedure for the conducting cash transactions in the national economy" approved by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 3, 1992.
