About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 71 "About approval of standards of the state services of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

in the standard of the state service "State Registration of Release of the Announced Shares" approved according to appendix 12 to the specified resolution:

"Reception of applications and the direction of results of rendering the state service is performed through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).";

"4. Terms of rendering the state service: within 15 (fifteen) working days after day of submission of documents for state registration.
5. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (completely automated).
6. Result of rendering the state service - the certificate on state registration of release of the announced shares (further - the certificate) and one copy of the prospectus of release of the announced shares, or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in the bases, stipulated in Item 11 these standards of the state service.
