1. Determine that:

1.1. the notification on the results of determination of goods quantity placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse), in the part corresponding to goods quantity, placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse), and (or) the goods made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse), buried, neutralized, used (further – the notification on waste) is filled in according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257 (further – the Procedure for filling of DT), taking into account the following features:

the customs applicant of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse) submitting the notification on waste to customs authority fills in columns 1, of 3, of 5, of 8, of 14, 31–33, 38, of 40, of 41, of 44, of 45, 54;
