The parties perform cooperation according to this agreement, being effective within the competence in case of compliance with law of the states and international treaties which participants are the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan.
The parties cooperate in the following main directions:
the organization of receipt of professional and secondary special education / secondary professional education by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in organizations of formation of the Republic of Belarus;
