I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 2018 No. 213 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion and agreement cancelation about industrial assembly of agricultural machinery" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16774, it is published on April 24, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and amendments:

"3) accomplishment by the producer for agricultural machinery worth less than 70 million tenges the technological transactions on production of agricultural machinery established according to appendix 1 to these rules (further - technological transactions);";

"4) accomplishment by the producer for agricultural machinery worth over 70 million tenges of obligations on development of production of agricultural machinery and component parts to agricultural machinery, according to appendix 1-1 to these rules.";
