About approval of the Plan of realization of strategic priorities of development of Tax and Customs Service of the Republic of Tajikistan within tax and customs reforming for 2003-2008
According to "The memorandum of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the International Monetary Fund concerning economic and financial policy for the period since October 1. 2002 till September 30, 2005" and for the purpose of increase in overall performance of tax and customs authorities the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Plan of realization of strategic priorities of development of Tax and Customs Service of the Republic of Tajikistan within tax and customs reforming for 2003 - 2008 according to appendix.
2. To create to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, other ministries and departments of the republic in interaction with the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan conditions for implementation of the enclosed Plan.
3. To the ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan every half-year to inform the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on course of execution of the Plan attached to this resolution.
