1. Determine that:

1.1. the money which is subject to payment by person who acquired the right to the conclusion of the contract for registration of domain name in national domain zone by results of auction except the cost of registration of domain name goes such person at its choice to charitable accounts of the organizations providing conditions for accommodation and content of orphan children, children without parental support, handicapped children, children with features of psychophysical development as donation without the conclusion in writing of the relevant agreement;

1.1-1. registration of domain names for state bodies in domain zones ".bet" and ".gov.by" is performed on a grant basis, including use for this purpose of the nation-wide automated information system;

1.2. the subjects performing forming and maintaining the centralized database about the domain names registered in national domain zone including about their owners provide reliability and protection of the relevant information. At the same time processing of personal data is performed without the consent of the owner of domain name with observance of the requirements determined by the legislation on personal data and taking into account features of provision of such data provided by the present Ukazom.1
