Article 1

"Article 8. The unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship - receivers of support

1. The information about subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship which are given support by federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, corporation of development of small and medium entrepreneurship, its subsidiaries, the organizations forming infrastructure of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship and about the support rendered to such subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship is entered in the unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship - receivers of support according to this Article.

2. Maintaining the unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship - receivers of support is performed by authorized body.

3. The unified register of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship - receivers of support contains the following data:

1) the name of the legal entity, surname, name and middle name (in the presence) the individual entrepreneur, identification taxpayer number of the subject of small or medium business to whom support is provided;
