1. Assign since March 1, 1995 to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan functions on legal examination and registration of the newly created companies with participation of the foreign capital performing the activities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having exempted the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan from functions of registration of the specified companies.

To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the procedure established by the law to register joint businesses, having provided necessary approvals of the interested departments.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to three-week time to the Ministry of Justice the State register of joint businesses, and also documents registered and accepted to execution on registration of the companies with participation of the foreign capital.

3. Determine that the re-registration of earlier registered enterprises with participation of the foreign capital according to this decree is not made.

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

- introduce in accordance with the established procedure in Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on modification and amendments in the existing legal acts;

- in a month to provide reduction of earlier made decisions of the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also regulations of the ministries and departments in compliance with this decree.
