Civilian passenger airliners with the quantity of passenger seats specified in the scheme of accommodation of passengers (LOPA) approved by the authorized body responsible for maintenance of the flight validity of aircrafts, more than on 19 people, but no more than on 35 people weighing empty equipped airplane more than 28 000 kg, but no more than 60 000 kg (code 8802 40 003 4 of the CN FEA EEU) in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:

such airplanes are placed under customs procedure of temporary import (admission) in the period from September 1, 2019 to December 31, 2024;

such airplanes are in property of foreign persons;

such airplanes are used on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in irregular (out of the commercial schedule) flights;

such airplanes are used not for the purpose of extraction of the income;
