About realization of pilot project on approbation of normative financing of houses nursing homes (departments) for aged and disabled people

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Realize during 2020 pilot project on approbation of normative financing of houses nursing homes (departments) for aged and the disabled people located in the Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk, Mogilev regions and Minsk financed by means of the corresponding regional budgets and the budget of Minsk (further - pilot project).

2. Determine that I will eat around the budgetary funds provided on realization of pilot project is calculated proceeding from:

the basic standard rate of fiscal capacity of expenses on accommodation of citizens in houses nursing homes (departments) for aged and disabled people per one koyko-day (further - the basic standard rate), the adjusting factors applied to the basic standard rate, considering bed fund of the house nursing home (department) for aged and disabled people depending on the number of days of functioning of beds in year, the activities indicators (the number of koyko-days in year) determined by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection;

the needs for maintenance costs of property of houses nursing homes (departments) for aged and disabled people (acquisition of the equipment and other fixed assets, capital and running repair of buildings and rooms, payment of utilities) within means of the corresponding local budgets provided on financing of expenses on content of houses nursing homes (departments) for aged and disabled people.

3. Determine:

the basic standard rate in the amount of 22, the 98th ruble;
