About entering of amendment into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 5, 2019 No. UP-5611 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Tourism Development in the Republic of Uzbekistan"

1. To add the list of the implemented additional (not electronic) categories of entrance visas for separate groups of the foreign citizens visiting the Republic of Uzbekistan, No. UP-5611, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 5, 2019 with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. "Investment visa" - the repeated investment visa valid up to three years which is drawn up to the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship investing in economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the amount of at least 8500-fold basic settlement size established in the Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of introduction of foreign investments, in the form of share acquisition and shares of economic societies, and also creation of the companies with foreign investments, issued according to requests of these companies, with possibility of prolongation of its term without leaving from the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the same time to members of the family (the spouse (a), parents and children) of the investor the guest visa on effective period of "Investment visa" with the prolongation right without departure from the republic is drawn up".

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
