aiming at simplification, simplification of the procedure of purchase and sale of foreign currency and acquisition of experience and the skills of work necessary for entry of banks of Tajikistan into the international foreign exchange markets,
considering core, major element of creation of the similar market of establishment of mutual trust and development of conditions, rules, procedures for behavior of participants when implementing transactions, agreed as follows.
1. Dealers shall report to the conclusion of the transaction to the partner about all additional terms which exist or can arise in the course of accomplishment of the transaction. After the conclusion of the transaction no additional (special) terms on accomplishment can be pushed and will not be taken into consideration.
2. In case of request by phone the dealer shall give the firm double quotation, i.e. buying rate and sales of foreign currency, without being interested in intentions of requesting. According to this quotation the dealer shall conclude the bargain of sale (purchase) on the amount at least equal in equivalent 5, of 0 thousand dollars of the USA.
This quotation will belong to non-cash foreign currency. The quotation relating to cash foreign currency shall be specified by the dealer requesting and giving the quotation.
