About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2008 No. 579

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2008 No. 579 "About forms of writs of execution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 31, Art. 3748; 2009, No. 5, Art. 621; 2013, No. 31, Art. 4238; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6232).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of November 28, 2018 No. 451-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".

3. The writs of execution which are drawn up (added) on forms of old sample taking into account requirements of the writ of execution of the legislation of the Russian Federation operating at the time of issue are valid on an equal basis with the writs of execution which are drawn up on forms of new sample, and are not subject to exchange.
