Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the organization of conversion of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 147 "About the organization of conversion of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 9, Art. 1115; 2011, No. 51, Art. 7534).
