The decision on refusal in allowance of the application about branch made during pre-judicial criminal proceeding is not obstacle for the subsequent filing of application about branch by the same person concerning the same person and on the same bases during judicial proceedings on criminal case.";

2) part the second articles 256 after the word "branches" to add with the words "except as specified, 62 of this Code provided by Article part three".
