I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2018 No. 33/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Carrying Out Monitoring of Accomplishment of Single Requirements of Information and Communication Technologies and Ensuring Information Security" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16756, it is published on April 19, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of carrying out monitoring of accomplishment of single requirements of the information and communication technologies and ensuring information security (further - Rules) approved by the specified order:

in Item 7:

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) information requested by authorized body from the republican state company "Public Technical Service" of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the subitem 5) of article 7-1 of the Law;";

add with the subitem 4) of the following content:

"4) information, placed on the architectural portal of "the electronic government".";

in appendix to the specified Rules:

shall be replaced with words the words "Ministry of the Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" "The ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
