"4. For placement of social advertizing on obligatory TV, radio channels applicants submit the following documents to authorized body:

1) the request for placement of social advertizing on obligatory TV, radio channels according to appendix 2 to these rules;

2) roller of social advertizing in the Kazakh and Russian languages, on the external electronic medium providing invariance of quality of roller by its transfer on other carriers;

3) the document confirming exclusive right on use of the work and (or) object of the related rights;

4) the consent of the owner in case of application by person, acting on the basis of the power of attorney.".
