For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 17, 2013 No. 271 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the thirty ninth Item 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-considers cases on the violations provided by the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations and also correctness of forming and use of the prices (rates);";
The scheme of management of the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution to state 2) in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
