About formation of the Azerbaijani national committee of the International energy council
In view of exclusive role of power in republic economy, importance of attraction of foreign investments for the purpose of acceleration of implementation in industry of progressive engineering procedures and the equipment and considering acceptance of the Azerbaijan Republic in the International energy council, I decide:
1. Form the Azerbaijani national committee of the International energy council.
2. Approve the structure of the Azerbaijani national committee of the International energy council attached to this Decree.
3. Charge to the Azerbaijani national committee of the International energy council to develop in a month Regulations on committee and submit it for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
