About formation of State-owned company on construction and installation of objects of power industry of the Azerbaijan Republic
For the purpose of coordinating of work of the organizations and companies participating in construction of facilities of power, enhancement of management of this industry of concoction of the available production capacities in the most important directions of development of energy complex in the republic and according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures for stabilization of economic and social and political life of the republic" I decide:
1. Based on production construction association Azerenergostroy and Energomontazh joint-stock company to form State-owned company on construction and installation of objects of power industry of the Azerbaijan Republic - Azerenergostroymontazh.
Determine that the organizations and the companies which were a part of the system the Energy ministries of the former USSR connected with works on construction and installation being in the territory of the republic are placed under authority of the Azerenergostroymontazh company.
2. Appoint Gamidov Rasoul Akhmedaga to ogl the president of state-owned company of the Azerbaijan Republic Azerenergostroymontazh.
3. Charge to Gamidov R. A. in a month to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to submit regulations on Azerenergostroymontazh state-owned company, its structure and structure for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to issue the relevant resolution in connection with this Decree.
5. The decree becomes effective from the moment of signing.
