About change of the Provision on creation of the scheme of placement of real estate, carrying out temporary primary registration of the property rights and the simplified accomplishment of primary cadastral works at the level of buildings

Based on the Art. of 18 paragraphs (3) the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998 No. 44-46, of the Art. 318), with subsequent changes, I ORDER:

The provision on creation of the scheme of placement of real estate, carrying out temporary primary registration of the property rights and the simplified accomplishment of primary cadastral works at the level of buildings approved by the Order of the CEO of the Agency of land relations and the inventory No. 108/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 388-398, Art. 1901) registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova No. 1115/2016, to change as follows:

1. The words "Territorial Cadastral Office", in case of any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Territorial cadastral authority" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2. Litas. c) add with item 7 with the text "which will contain data on the main building and adjacent structures, year of registration in the register, the area and procedure for use".

3. Litas. e) exclude item 7;

4. The text from punka 8, the second paragraph "In case of the owner of the certificate on the status of the heir, it submits to cadastral territorial office, along with the statement for updating of graphical base based on the scheme of placement and the statement for provision of information necessary for issue of the certificate on the right to inheritance" to exclude.

5. Exclude item 10.

6. Add regulations with Chapter II-1 of the following content:
