1.1. when implementing public procurements of medical products, spare parts to them, medicines and clinical nutrition state bodies have the right to determine inventories, subject to public procurement, the minimum value of estimated cost of annual requirement of their public procurement, including in case of centralization of public procurements, with involvement of organizers from among the following organizations:

Belmedtekhnika Unitary Enterprise and its affiliated enterprises - when purchasing medical products, spare parts to them;

RUP "BELFARMATsIYa", the Brest RUP "Pharmacy", Vitebsk Pharmation Unitary Enterprise, Gomel Pharmation Unitary Enterprise, the Grodno RUP "Pharmacy", the Mogilev RUP "Pharmacy", RUP "Minsk Pharmacy" (further - the companies) - when purchasing medicines and clinical nutrition;

RUP "Belarusian Prosthetic and Orthopedic Recovery Center" - when purchasing the technical means of social resettlement included in the State register (list) of technical means of social resettlement, except for technical means of social resettlement, made by this legal entity;

1.2. agreements with winner participants (participants of procurement procedure from one source) have the right to conclude on its own behalf:

Belmedtekhnika Unitary Enterprise - by results of the procedures of purchases which are carried out by this company;

affiliated enterprises Belmedtekhnika Unitary Enterprise - by results of carried out by these companies or Belmedtekhnika Unitary Enterprise of procedures of purchases;

RUP "BELFARMATsIYa" - by results of the procedures of purchases which are carried out by this company;
