Article 1

"3. The bank or other credit institution without delay performs the resolution on seizure of money and precious metals of the debtor and reports the judicial police officer-contractor in writing or in electronic form, signed by the corresponding official the strengthened qualified digital signature and the interdepartmental electronic interaction directed with use of single system, account details of the debtor and the size of money and precious metals of the debtor, arrested on each account. Requirements to the message on paper directed by bank or other credit institution affirm Federal Bailiff Service in coordination with the Bank of Russia. Requirements to the message format in electronic form directed by bank or other credit institution affirm Federal Bailiff Service in coordination with the Bank of Russia and federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of information technologies.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
