About explosive materials of industrial function

This Law determines the legal basis of the address of explosive materials of industrial function and concerns energy use of explosions only in the peace purposes.
The concepts used in this Law have the following values:
explosive materials of industrial function (further - explosive materials) - the explosives used for industrial needs (including gunpowder), blasting agents - means of initiation of explosion (initiators), and also pyrotechnic products;
the address (turnover) of explosive materials - activities which include development, testing, production, packing (packaging), transportation, storage, application, use, accounting, acquisition, destruction (utilization), realization, withdrawal, conducting technical expertize, export, import, re-export, transit of explosive materials and devices of explosive case and the equipment;
devices of explosive case - the blowing-up devices which are sources of electric current and the equipment for measurement of electric resistance of explosive chain;
explosive case - the activities of legal and (or) physical persons connected with use of explosive materials of industrial function for the benefit of business entities;
production of explosive materials - production of explosives, blasting agents and pyrotechnic products which components use chemicals or mechanical mixes of chemicals;
packaging (packing) of explosive materials - means or complex of means which protect explosive materials from damage, pollution provide the regulated conditions of their storage and transportation, and also possibility of their accounting;
