About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 11 of January 16, 2017

In pursuance of provisions of Art. 119 and h. (3) and h. (31), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to Art. 127 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of December 24, 1997 (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release of February 8, 2007):

1. In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 11 of January 16, 2017 about approval of form of the Declaration on excises and procedure for its filling (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, No. 50-59 of the Art. 204) to make the following changes and additions:

1.1. In Item 2 of the word "subjects of the taxation excises" and "excises" shall be replaced with words subjects of taxation "the authorized owner of tax warehouse" in the corresponding case.

1.2. In appendix No. 1 of the word of "the subject of the taxation" shall be replaced with words "the economic agent".

1.3. In appendix No. 2 in the text of the word "subjects of the taxation excises", "the subject of taxation by excises", "the subject of the taxation", "subject of the taxation" shall be replaced with words "the authorized owner of tax warehouse" in the corresponding case, and also shall be replaced with words words of "the excise room" "tax warehouse"

2. This order becomes effective and is applied when filling the Declaration on excises for tax periods since January, 2018.
