About modification of the Regulations on measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget

Add the Regulations on measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2017 No. 1496 "About measures for ensuring execution of the federal budget" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 51, Art. 7807; 2018, No. 43, Art. 6599; No. 49, Art. 7600, 7631; 2019, No. 32, Art. 4735), Item 10 (1) following content:

"10(1). Receivers of means of the federal budget if budgetary obligations arise from the public contracts signed in the current financial year for the purpose of achievement of results of the federal projects which are part of national projects (programs) and comprehensive plan of upgrade and expansion of the main infrastructure for the period till 2024 providing goal achievement and target indicators, accomplishment of the tasks determined by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2018 No. 204 "About the national purposes and strategic tasks of development of the Russian Federation for the period till 2024" assume the corresponding budgetary obligations connected with delivery of goods, performance of works, rendering services no later than November 15 of the current financial year or the last working day before the specified date according to the corresponding limits of budget obligations brought to them in accordance with the established procedure before the specified date on the personal accounts opened for them.
