Article 1

2) the separate artificial road constructions which are sections of the highway and created and (or) reconstructed based on concessionary agreements according to this Federal Law and the legislation of the Russian Federation on concessionary agreements and also agreements on public-private partnership, agreements on municipal and private partnership according to this Federal Law and the legislation of the Russian Federation on public-private partnership, municipal and private partnership;
