Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3735; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3880; No. 50, Art. 7343; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2331; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3875) following changes:

Item 4 of part 4 of Article 27 to declare 1) invalid;

2) in part 6 of Article 28:

a) in item 4 of the word "and the annual amount of charges for use of fauna objects" shall be replaced with words "and about the charges paid within year for use of fauna objects in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about taxes and fees";

b) in Item 6 of the word "and the annual amount of charges for use of fauna objects" shall be replaced with words "and works of rates of charge for use of objects of fauna and quotas of production of hunting resources for prior year, and in case of their absence - standard rates of admissible withdrawal of hunting resources for prior year or regulations of admissible production of hunting resources for prior year".

Article 2

Conditions of the okhotkhozyaystvenny agreements signed about day of entry into force of this Federal Law shall be brought into accord with article 27 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (into editions of this Federal Law) till June 1, 2020.
