1) Item 1 of article 5 after words "merging of sports clubs," to add with the word "fitness centers";

To add 2) with Article 30.1 of the following content:

"Article 30.1. Fitness centers

1. The fitness centers are the sports organizations which purpose of activities is rendering to citizens services in physical training and physical development.

2. The fitness centers will organize work on forming of healthy lifestyle of citizens, create conditions for preserving and strengthening of physical health of citizens, and also for their physical training.

3. The fitness centers can be members of the all-Russian and international sports associations and can establish the quality standards of the services rendered by them.

4. In the cases provided by the Federal Laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, the fitness centers shall apply professional standards regarding requirements to qualification of workers taking into account features fulfilled by workers of labor functions.

5. The fitness centers and their associations have the right:

1) to organize and render to citizens of service in physical training and physical development;

2) to organize and hold official sports events and (or) sporting events;

3) to perform preparation of the population for accomplishment of standard rates of testing (tests) of the GTO complex.
