About modification of the Regulations on criteria and procedure for selection of banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of expansion of criteria to banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on criteria and procedure for selection of banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 28, 2016 No. 389 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Item 1:

the paragraph one of subitem 1 to add with words ", or bank which is included by National Bank in the list systemically of important banks.";

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"For participation in selection banks which answer the criteria specified in Item of 1 this provision are allowed and adhere to requirements to activities of the banks provided by subitems 2 - the 9th Item 2 this provision.";

Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The bank for participation in selection of authorized banks submits the written address which shall contain information relatively to National Bank:

1) shares of the authorized capital which is owned by the state in the specified bank, or accessories of controlling stock of bank to the international financial and bank institutions having the international rating of investment class confirmed in the bulletin of one of the leading world rating companies or about inclusion of bank in the list of systemically important banks;

2) observance of the established economic standard rates within the last six months preceding date of submission of the address by bank;
