Questions of the Commission in case of the President of Ukraine concerning pardon

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.08.2021 No. 377/2021

2. Bring in the Regulations on pardon procedure approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 21, 2015 No. 223 (with the changes made by the Decree of May 14, 2016 No. 211), the following changes:

1) in paragraphs one both third Item 6 and Item 16 of the word "Administration of the President of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words "Office of the President of Ukraine" in the corresponding case;

2) in paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "Department concerning Pardon of Administration of the President of Ukraine (Further — Department)" shall be replaced with words "Department concerning nationality, pardons, the state awards of Office of the President of Ukraine (further - Department)";

Paragraph two of Item 8 to state 3) in the following edition:

"The commission is formed by the President of Ukraine as a part of the chairman, two vice-chairmen, the secretary and other members of the commission. One of vice-chairmen of the Commission is on position the deputy manager of Department - the chief of the department concerning pardon. Duties of the secretary of the Commission are fulfilled by one of members of the commission";

4) in Item 15:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"concerning persons who serve sentence in organizations or bodies of execution of punishments, and also concerning persons (citizens of foreign state) condemned by courts of Ukraine to imprisonment which are transferred for serving sentence in the states which citizens they are - to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine";

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth.
