About approval of the document providing implementation of the "Creation of Potential for Improvement of Quality of Inventory Count of the Gases Creating Thermal Effect (the Region of the Europe/the CIS)" project between the government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Development program of the UN on grants of the Global Environment Facility and government of Switzerland

1. Approve the document providing implementation of the "Creation of Potential for Improvement of Quality of Inventory Count of the Gases Creating Thermal Effect (the Region of the Europe/the CIS)" project between the government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Development program of the UN on grants of the Global Environment Facility and government of Switzerland.

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic to take necessary measures in connection with implementation of the project specified in Item 1 of this Order.

3. Charge to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to notify the Development program of the UN on accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the document specified in Item 1 of this Order.
