About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2019 No. 39
Based on part two of Item 19 of the Procedure for turnover of office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and Item 5 of the Procedure for leasing of the separate types and models of military weapon and ammunition to it transferred by law-enforcement bodies to legal entities with singular authorized problems, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 473, and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. No. 39 "About regulations of providing with weapon and ammunition to it" to be reworded as follows appendix 16 to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2019 it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
