The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on formation of the Advisory Board on work, migration and social protection of the population of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 13, 1992 (further - the Agreement) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

understanding need of further development of cooperation in the field of social protection of the population, questions of the labor market and employment of the population,

proceeding from need of further enhancement of activities and renaming of the Advisory Board on work, migration and social protection of the population of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States taking into account requirements of the General provision about bodies of industry cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 9, 2009

for the purpose of realization of Item 4.5 of the Concept of further development of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 5, 2007,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make the following changes to the Agreement:

1. In the name of the Agreement to replace the word "migrations" with the word of "employment".

2. In preamble shall be replaced with words the word "migrations" "labor market".

3. State Article 1 in the following edition:
