About modification of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 10/2012

1. In the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 10/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 7-12, 30), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 9:

a) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The personnel of the central bodies of the public power / public organizations are sent abroad by the administrative act of the head of the relevant body / public organization";

b) word in paragraph four of "the corresponding order of the Government" shall be replaced with words "orders of the Government.";

c) after the paragraph of the seventh to introduce the paragraph of the following content:

"Information on official visit / official journeys abroad, including the estimate and source of financing of expenses, are published quarterly and annually on the official web page of the relevant body / public organization. In case the public organization has no the official web page, information is published on the official web page of higher body.";

2) in Item 12:
