About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance

In pursuance of provisions of the h. (5) Art. 76 and h. (3) Art. 92 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8 2007) I ORDER:

1. The order of the Ministry of Finance No. 149 of September 5, 2018 about approval of the standard form "Information on the Salary and on Other Payments Performed by the Employer for benefit of Workers and also on the Payments Made to Residents from the Sources of the Income Other than the Salary and on the Income Tax Withheld from These Payments" (The IALS18) form and procedure for its filling (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 336-346, 1324) to change the Art. as follows:

1) in appendix No. 1 "Information on the salary and on other payments performed by the employer for benefit of workers and also on the payments made to residents from the sources of the income other than the salary and on the income tax withheld from these payments (The IALS18) form" to state the name of column seven in the following editorial office "The Number of Months in Which the Income Was Directed to Payment";

2) in appendix to the IALS18 "Information on Dependents" Form to exclude the text: "The sequence number of the worker in appendix shall correspond to its sequence number according to Information of IALS18. If the worker requested two or more releases on dependents, the data reflected in гр. 1 and 2 appendices (sequence number and fiscal employee code), repeat for each dependent";
