About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision and execution of guarantees of local executive and administrative organs I decide:
1. No. 359 "About some questions of provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the credits issued by banks of the Republic of Belarus" to add Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 with part of the following content:
"In the presence of guarantees of the local executive and administrative organs shown for payment and not performed at the scheduled time decisions on provision of new guarantees of the relevant local executive and administrative organs are not accepted.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
