Rules of payment of immediate compensation in case of damnification of life or to health of the editorial office employee in the course of accomplishment of the order of edition by it in special conditions

1. These rules establish payment procedure of immediate compensation in case of damnification of life or to health of the editorial office employee in the course of accomplishment of the order of edition by it in special conditions assuming implementation of professional activity in the territory of the Russian Federation on which martial law is imposed in areas of fighting, armed conflicts and in the territory (object) of carrying out counter-terrorist operation, determined according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, in the foreign state determined by the Government of the Russian Federation which is in conditions of emergency state or in condition of armed conflict (further - immediate compensation).

2. The immediate compensation is paid by edition in the following sizes:

a) in case of death (death) of the editorial office employee - in the amount of at least 2 million rubles;
