Item 1 of Article 3 to add 1) with subitem 2.1 of the following content:
"2. 1) persons accepting according to decisions of executive bodies of the Republic of Dagestan participation in fighting as a part of community defense volunteer squads of the Republic of Dagestan during the period from August to September, 1999 during counter-terrorist operations in the territory of the Republic of Dagestan;";
Article 4 to add 2) with the subitem 7 of the following content:
"7) the persons which were accepting according to decisions of executive bodies of the Republic of Dagestan participation in fighting as a part of community defense volunteer squads of the Republic of Dagestan during the period from August to September, 1999 during counter-terrorist operations in the territory of the Republic of Dagestan, who received in this regard in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation the certificate of the combat veteran, being disabled people and confirmed in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation that disability arose owing to wound, contusions or mutilations received by them as a part of community defense volunteer squads of the Republic of Dagestan during the specified period.".
