About approval of changes in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 1164 of October 25, 2012

1. Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 1164 of October 25, 2012 about approval of the declaration form on the VAT and procedure for filling of the declaration on the VAT (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2012, No. 234-236, 1375), with subsequent changes and amendments, to change the Art. as follows:
- to state the first paragraph of subitem 3.17 in the following edition: "for the imported goods the fakturirovanny cost (specified in invoice) or the customs value of goods determined according to the customs legislation is specified, and on the imported services the paid cost of the imported services is specified".
2. This order becomes effective and is applied when filling the Declaration on the VAT for tax periods since February, 2018.
3. To provide to management of clerical work and archiving publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
