1. Establish for 2020 admissible share of the foreign workers used by the business entities performing in the territory of the Russian Federation the following types of activity provided by the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (OK 029-2014 (Edition KDES 2):

a) cultivation of vegetables (code 01.13. 1) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

b) construction (Section F) - in the amount of 80 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

c) retail trade by alcoholic beverages, including beer, in specialized shops (code 47.25.1) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

d) retail trade by tobacco products in specialized shops (code 47.26) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) retail trade by medicines in specialized shops (drugstores) (code 47.73) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) retail trade in non-stationary shopping facilities and in the markets (code 47.8) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

g) other retail trade out of shops, tents, the markets (code 47.99) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

h) activities of other land passenger carriage (code 49.3) - in the amount of 26 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

i) activities of road load carrying transport (code 49.41) - in the amount of 26 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;
