About modification and amendments in some orders

In pursuance of provisions of the h. (5) Art. 92 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release of February 8 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, according to the changes made by the Law No. 178 of July 26, 2018 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, No. 309-320, to the Art. 496), I ORDER:

1. Make the following changes and additions:

1) the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 140 of November 20, 2017 about approval of some standard forms of declarations on the income tax to add the item 11 of the following content:

"11. Information on the income added and paid for benefit of physical (legal) person and on the income tax withheld from this income" according to appendix No. 5, will be provided to beneficiaries of the income, separately for the I stage and, respectively, II stages of tax period of 2018 with indication of during 2018 the I period or during 2018 the II period. The last accounting period according to the standard form "Information on the Salary and Other Payments Performed by the Employer for benefit of Workers and also the Payments Made to Residents from Other Sources of the Income except the Salary, and about the Income Tax Withheld from These Payments" (The IALS14) form, will be the I stage of 2018."
