About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply"

Due to the entry into force of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply" and for the purpose of ensuring application of this Law I decide:

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within two months:

provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on approval of the existing legal acts of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply";

provide approval of the existing regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and the relevant central executive bodies of this law and report on it on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on the "relevant organs of the executive authority" specified in the last paragraph of Article 1, regarding 3 Articles 3, regarding 2 Articles 5, in parts 1, of 3, of the 4 and 5 Article 8, in parts 2 and 4 of Article 9, in parts 1 and 5 of Article 11, in the first and second paragraphs of part 5 of Article 12, in part 5 of Article 13, in part 2 and in the first, second and third paragraphs of part 3 Articles 15, regarding 3 Articles 16, in parts 1 and 2 of Article 17, in the second paragraph of part 2 Articles 18, in Article 20, in parts 1 and 2 of Article 21;

prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the draft of the legal act establishing types of responsibility for violation of the legislation on gas supply;

provide development and submission of the corresponding regulatory legal acts on other questions carried to competence of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic by Item 2 of this Decree;

solve other problems arising from the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply" within the powers.

2. Determine that:

2.7. powers of the relevant organ of the executive authority provided by part 2 (in the first case) article 5 of the specified Law, are performed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.11. powers of the relevant organ of the executive authority provided by the second paragraph of part 2 of Article 18 (in the first case) and part 2 of article 21 of the specified Law, are performed by the Department of Energy of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.15. in the first offer of part 5 of Article 6-3, regarding the 4th Article 7 and in the second offer of part 8-1 of article 13 of this Law the body (organization) is understood as the Department of Energy of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.16. in the second offer of part 5 of article 8 of this Law (in the second case) "the body (organization)" is understood as the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.17. In part four of article 18 of this Law the body (organization) is understood as the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2.18.
