1. In paragraph four of item 4 of the Regulations on the measures and sanctions applied by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan to commercial banks, microcredit institutions and pawnshops for violation of requirements of the legislation on counteraction of legalization of income gained from criminal activities, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of the weapons of mass destruction approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of December 29, 2009 No. 39/1 (рег. No. 2063 of January 13, 2010) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, Art. No. 1-2, 12), shall be replaced with words words of "the established minimum wage" "the basic settlement size".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
